Optimized Design of Sponge-Type Comprehensive Pipe Corridor Rainwater Chamber Based on NSGA-III Algorithm

Currently, most of the studies using optimization algorithms to mitigate urban flooding problem have no more than three objectives, and few them take operation status traditional drainage system as one which is not conducive overall design city. This study proposes by a sponge-type comprehensive pipe corridor rainwater chamber. A four-objective model established coupling Storm Water Management Model (SWMM) Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm-III (NSGA-III), two state indicators (pipe overload time, node overflow volume), surface runoff coefficient, total investment cost are selected objectives for solving problem. The results show that (1) reduction rates volume rate 37.015–56.917%, 81.538–91.435%, 51.578–84.963%, respectively; RMB 4.311–4.501 billion. (2) effectiveness combining SWMM NSGA-III an solution verified, relationship between four explored. may provide useful information flood control.
